It is important that, in addition to quality assurance, a type test of the masks has been carried out by an authorized test center. You should be shown that both module B and module C2 or module D of the PPE regulation have been checked by the notified body (submission is possible on request).

Instructions must also be enclosed or at least clearly visible on the packaging. If the masks are also sold individually, each mask must be accompanied by a copy of the instructions.

If only one of these points is not met, the masks are not marketable and therefore may not be offered by dealers.
