2S PCB / PCM Keeppower XZD-2004-C protection electronics 54.9 mm x 7.5 mm 2S PCB - Keeppower XZD-2004-C (protection electronics) 3A - 6.5ABMS (battery management system) - PCB protection circuit for two Li-ion battery cells (series connection) (Made in Japan). A battery management system (BMS) is an electronic circuit which, ie a monitoring and control of a rechargeable battery storage battery system used. The need for a BMS arises when several battery cells are interconnected to form a battery. The BMS should detect, monitor and correct the inevitable manufacturing-related variations in various parameters of the battery cells, such as capacity and leakage currents.
Application: Li-ion battery pack
Note: After soldering, the protective circuit in the battery pack must be activated, this is done by a short charge by the electronics.
