When the pressure on the sensor mat increases\/drops, the alarm on the monitor unit is triggered that alerts a caregiver nearby that the person has fallen out of their bed or may be wandering. The mat is padded to make it comfortable when used under a person. It comes here in large size with a length of 76 centimeters (30 inches) and a width of 25 cm.
