Dit is de miniatuur van een van de meest complexe producten die Alessi ooit geproduceerd heeft. De Neapolitan coffee maker van de ontwerper Riccardo Dalisi. Het koste meer dan 200 prototypes en honderden pagina's aan uitwerkingen maar uiteindelijk is er zowel het origineel als de miniatuur. De 90018 coffee maker is gemaakt van rvs met walnotenhout. Over de ontwerper: Architect, born in Potenza in 1931 he teaches architectural planning, Industrial design and is the director of the Institute for Industrial Design at the University of Neaples, Federico II. He was among the founders of the Global Tool group and of an experimental school of craftsmanship called Arti minime.In 1975 he started working as designer and collaborated with companies such as Baleri and Zanotta. He was awarded the Compasso d'Oro prize in 1981. He has published several books among which, L'Architettura della imprevedibilità (1970), La caffettiera di Pulcinella (1987), Progettare senza pensare (1998).
