Additional Information: Because of the product's fabric, it may sporadically shed. However, it is a standard process and is not considered a defect of the product. Please note that due to the fact that the rug is handwoven, each piece may slightly differ in terms of colour, pattern and size (+/- 5-7 cm). This kind of variation is not considered a defect. The product requires some time after unpacking to get to its desired state. We recommend unfolding it as soon as possible, giving it up to 72 hours to straighten, as well as putting a heavy weight on the ends for a better effect.

Maintenance tips:

PVC:
1.Remove any stains immediately using a damp, non-staining cloth. Clean from the edge to the middle of the rug, do not rub
2.From time to time turn your rug 180° to ensure even wear and prevent fading caused by sun exposure
3.For tough stains scrape off the dirt from the surface and clean with a non-staining, damp cotton cloth. If needed, small amount of diluted wool washing liquid can be applied
4.Vacuum once a week on medium suction power using an upholstery attachment, in the direction of the pile.
