Compact design and extra light charger ALCS 2-12 / 0.4, the ideal charger for your lead batteries in the car, boat, motorcycles, scooters, mobile garden tools or children's vehicles. A particularly long cable of up to 3.5m is particularly practical and allows charging without an extension cable. Clear and simple handling is a matter of course with the ALCS 2-12. Depending on the battery, the voltage can be set using the rotary switch on the charger. With the help of the pole clamps a quick contacting of the lead batteries is possible, the charging process then starts automatically.
For 2 V / 6 V or 12 V lead acid batteries with a capacity of 1.2Ah - 40Ah
Lead gel, lead fleece and lead acid can be loaded in the voltage 6V, 12V, 24V. Charging takes place according to the IU characteristic curve with a charging current of 400mA, which means that motor vehicle starter batteries are charged very gently. For visual control, both the charging process and the end of charging are indicated by an LED.
Deep discharge of the battery excluded and gentle wintering
In addition to the actual charging, the ALCS 2-12 is ideally suited for maintenance charging. The battery can remain connected to the charger throughout the winter. This prevents deep discharge. Batteries from motorbikes, motor boats, lawn mowers, etc. come so well over the winter and are ready for use at any time. The same applies, of course, to an intermediate charge as soon as the battery goes flat or has not been used for a long time.
