The display of the Efest LUC Blu4 not only shows the actual battery voltage, but also the charging current of the respective slot, which makes measuring with a multimeter unnecessary. The four large LEDs give a quick overview of the charging status of all bays, while the app offers a more detailed view of the charging curve and a notification when charging is complete.

The Efest LUC Blu4 is compatible with a wide range of Li-ion batteries including 10440, 14500, 14650, 16340, 16650, 17500, 17650, 17670, 18350, 18490, 18500 and 18650 in various chemistry such as INR, IMR and ICR. However, it is important to note that very small batteries, such as 10440, 14500 and 15340, should only be charged at a reduced charge current of 0.5A, as a higher charge current over time can cause these small cells to be overused.

The Efest LUC Blu4 is also very safe as it comes with reverse polarity, short circuit, over voltage and over charge protection. It can also safely reactivate deeply discharged batteries from 0.6V and automatically restarts the charging process if the voltage of a battery falls below 4.1V.
