The UHi-LED is an in-house development by the manufacturer NiteLap, which, like Nitecore, belongs to the Sysmax group.
The UHi LEDs have decisive advantages over other LED manufacturers such as CREE, Luminus or Osram: More light output, significantly higher spot intensity, significantly longer beam range, longer burning time, ...
The performance data of the MH12 Pro are impressive and unrivaled in relation to the size of the lamp: 3300 lumens of luminosity, 505 meters of light range, USB-C charging, 5300mAh battery.
The Nitecore MH12 Pro is switched on using the rear switch; changing the light levels is done using the mode switch on the lamp head. On the right side of the mode switch, 4 green LEDs show the charge status of the battery, 4 blue LEDs on the left side of the mode switch show the switched on light level. There are two modes available to the user, Daily Mode and Tactical Mode. The modes differ in the number and arrangement of the light levels and special modes.
A built-in optical sensor immediately reduces the luminous intensity of the MH12 Pro to prevent damage to the lamp or an object (e.g. backpack).
An improved structure of the surface of the battery tube ensures a secure grip with wet hands or with gloves.
