We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join Productpine! As Assistant Store Manager, you are responsible for all business operations within our physical Experience Center. You’re not alone! You support and coach your colleagues where needed. No matter if it's a complex non-routine task or feedback on an existing process:
your knowledge is always extensive and up-to-date. You apply this knowledge to reach and exceed commercial goals.

You know how to create structure in many different work activities and convey this structure to your team members, which brings the team to the next level. It’s our mission to tell the stories behind the world's most amazing brands and give our customers an amazing product experience that leaves a lasting impression. You understand the customer journey and know how to utilize this to its utmost potential, which results in high customer satisfaction. Your profile

You’re passionate, resilient and entrepreneurial. You’re honest, open and solution-orientated. You like working with people, be it customer contact or with colleagues.

Responsibilities

Instructing, coaching and mentoring your direct colleagues;
Offering support to the sales team;
Coaching and training in order to get the most out of team members;
HR related tasks, such as schedules and performance appraisals;
Monitoring Productpine's core values;
Offering the best customer service in an omnichannel approach: physically, through emails and over the phone.

Who are you

You have completed a HBO degree;
You have a minimum of 2 years working experience in retail, preferably 1 year in a similar function;
You’re fluent in both English and Dutch and can communicate with customers professionally both in writing and in person;
You have an affinity with innovative tech products, but you are also interested in outstanding brands from other categories such as home, design, fashion and cosmetics;
You’re service and solution orientated;
You’re available full-time;
You’re a team-player;
You can handle a lot of responsibility and don't have a 9 to 5 mentality;
You are easy-going and eager to learn;
You enjoy celebrating successes.
